After starting this project almost three years ago, I'm pleased to be moving it forward with some momentum. I plan to use these (along with my Lannisters, Starks and Tullys WIP) in Lion Rampant and a Westerosi spin on Dux Britanniarum.

See more pics of these, a bit of explanation and a couple of Stark test models over at my blog…

Incredible work! Love the heraldry.

Those look nice. Good choice on the leader – always liked that dark elf mini. Got one somewhere that I never did use, possible because it's my only dark elf.

Awesome! Amazing banner in particular and the shields look good. Are the troops Fireforge Foot Templates? They look like it.

Really tremendous work. Makes me want to game that now, like I don't have enough projects going on.

Well done, sir!

Thank you for the kind comments.

For those who commented on the banners/heraldry, they were created by one of my dearest, oldest friends who was a very talented artist in many mediums. He made these along with Stark and Lannister banners/sigil art for me before he passed from pancreatic cancer almost 3 years ago.

After his passing, I lost my hobby mojo for many, many moons. But I never gave up on this project – not least because I want his work to have its fulfillment in a finished project that actually makes it to the tabletop.

You can see a tribute of sorts to him on my blog if you scroll down the posts.

fullerena – Now you have the start of a Greyjoy project!!

wminsing – You have a keen eye, sir. Mostly straight up Fireforge with a couple of headswaps here and there and a few Gripping Beast Saxon bits.

Xintao – Stay strong! This project is getting all my focus and, behind it is my LotR Pelennor Fields project. I'm down to these two and all my other stuff has/is being sold off to support a new commitment to focus. So far, so good. The 12 step meetings help. :-P
