I have a project on the go right now. We are making a line of 28mm sci-fi miniatures. I was just wondering what was an acceptable schedule for new releases? How many new figures should I be aiming to bring out on a monthly basis? |

How many new figures should I be aiming to bring out on a monthly basis? Entirely depends on the size of your production fcaility. |

It's a kind of Weberian weighted model. Three main factors; - How long to scuplt a figure right. - How soon you need the revenue from the figure you've expended capital on creating. - How much money will this cost your core consumer each month? |

Just go as fast as you can while keeping quality high. |

Enough to complete a unit, maybe. If I can buy all the figures for an marine infantry platoon, it will convince me you are serious. Maybe next month, I can add the heavy weapons platoon as you bring them out, and the month after that, your brand new jungle fighter platoon can be added. Grelber |

In my experience release it all at once, so if they do not sell at all you can know right away to stop. |

This is all good advice. Thanks for the information. Grelber, that's what I was thinking. Keeping enough useful stuff coming out on a regular basis. |
