That knob thing after the trigger guard may be the barrel break. The doodad at the back may be some form of charging handle cum weight for balance. |

Probably a Master or Duell from 1960s to early 70s with adjustment screw/knurl above trigger. .177 cal. with normal barrel rather than heavy. |
