On Friday evening five of us gathered for another Sails of Glory game. We tend to use the advanced rules which have some additional complexity which includes planning crew actions it played well. Actions such as pumping, fighting fires and of course loading, repairing leaks, as well loading and firing broadsides kept us busy, especially as ships suffered damage.

WR – really enjoyed the report. I'd love to hear more about how you handle signalling in multi-player games. Nick |

I'm pleased you found the report of interest. Our system of signalling was simple. After discussing our plan at the start of the game the front player simply held up a card to the ship behind. The player then had to consider when he needed to turn based on the inherent delay in planning and execution under Sails of Glory. |
