I've an idea to play a celebratory Napoleonic game using Don's Horse and Musket rules. I have his "Wargames" book in which he mentions that the rules printed therein have been modified. So, my question is, does anyone know where the final version may be found? Thanks Doug |

You might want to try John Curry's website "History of Wargaming" link |

So that's a tough question. As time went on, he published books on more ideas for wargaming. He variously modified his rules in each book. He did not reprint them per se but rather added rules for better morale resolution for instance. I'd actually recommend "Lost Tales" for a more recent version of H&M rules. You could easily stick with the Napoleonic version in that book to get a good representation of what he probably ended up with. link |
