Talking about this era with a friend last weekend, I remembered seeing an old black and white movie about two pilots flying support for ground troops in the Carribean. there was also a love storyline in the movie. The were trying to rescue or provide CAS for either a fort or a unit isolated by rebels. I have spent the afternoon googling for it with no luck. Not sure if the setting was Nicaragua or Haiti. Anybody remember the movie and title and if it is still available? thanks as always Sam |

Not a banana war but I always liked Gary Cooper in "The Real Glory" about the Moro rebellion. |

The Real Glory is a good film. You don't see it broadcast very often though. |

Awesome! Thanks a ton, guys. Ferd45231, that's the one! I really appreciate it. Good scenario fodder for Larry Brom's ruleset "With Old Gimlet Eye". again, thank you all. Sam |
