Isn't there a site online that reviews a lot of the 1/72-76 model AFV kits? Something akin to the PSC site that does infantry?

Thank you

Henke of Holland or something… He does quite a few…

I'm not sure if there is a dedicated site or not, but The Guild is a superb resource for great info on 20mm kits. The guys there have built just bout everything ever produced and are some of the best chaps in the world for help with that sort of thing.

I think almost anybody visiting this site knows Ontheway. They have a lot of reviews here

scalemates.com/kits

On this site you can search for the kit you are interested in. You will get the list of all the existing kits and the list of the related reviews, if available

Thank you all!

Highly recommended, although it will lead to "Oooh I have got to get one of those!" moments.

Well, after my first kit this weekend I've realized one thing…..20 plastic piece tracks SUCK!! :)

Once I get better at kit building, I'll graduate to vinyl track kits.

First kit was a Revel T-34/85 (1/72)

Other than the tracks, it was a fun little kit. The tracks look kinda crappy, but it was a good lesson.

Thanks again

+1 Fatman. I swear I make plans to buy more kits I had no intention of ever buying each and every time I visit that site!

Every time I glue a full set of tracks and rollers onto a resin kit I remember putting as your said 22 links on each side.

I thought about doing resin kits, but I found the detail on most of them to be less quality than most plastic kits, however, that is coming from an untrained eye.

captaincold69,
I know how you feel after a break of 15 years or so from 1/72 scale I baulked at the tracks on a Revell Tiger I kit. But be assured they do get easier each time and after a few its a doddle. Vinyl tracks can be a real pain. Last 4 Dragon Tigers I've had have tracks that are too long, a real pain. Now I buy resin tracks (OKB) for them, much much easier.
Some makers now do the tracks fully moulded, such as PSC and I just built a SModel JSU 152 that had a very neat way of doing the tracks.

Henks site is brilliant.
