Following on from my previous two WIP posts on this Imperial Guard army for my 40K (4th edition) project TMP link TMP link I though I'd share a couple of pictures of the finished 1500pts army.
For those interested the whole progress and background fluff of this army it can be found here on my blog
link I started this 40K project in January with a view to finishing off a lot of half (or less) completed projects I had laying around the man cave so having reached the beginning of May I've now completed two useable 40K armies I think this may the most productive I've been in years. |

Beautiful army and glad to see it's for 4th edition (my preferred edition)! I really like the Panhard conversions. |

Thanks PMC the armoured cars are my favorite not bad for £5.00 GBP each in a discount shop. |

Love the use of 1/35 armored cars! Actually been meaning to finish my napoleonic Finnish influenced IG army. The tanks will be T-26's and T'28's in Finnish WWII colours. |

Sounds interesting Soviet ww2 tanks are perfect proxies for 40K tanks I think. I should point out the armoured cars are 1/43 diecasts rather than 1/35 but because everything in the grim dark future of 40K is oversized you can get away with using a lot of oversized stuff for kit bashing. |
