All, I placed a relatively large order Sunday evening with Old Glory 25s. Even screwed it up a bit (I left off some admin details), but on Thursday afternoon they were waiting for me when I got home from work, and that was paying only a flat $9.00 USD shipping rate! Russ, Connie, and Teresa were absolutely amazing! They were all super helpful and far too kind, thank you very much, you'll certainly see more business from me. For now though, I need to get 18 packs of 10mm infantry/command, twelve packs of cavalry/command, and two sets each of generals, guns, crews, limbers, and skirmishers painted and based up! But then I'll order some more ;) But thanks again to Russ, Connie, and Teresa. V/R, Jack |

Agree – they have the BEST customer service in the business!!! I needed about 30 guns (no gunners) for my 15mm OG Napoleonic Russians, they specially packed the guns by taking out the gunners and charging me only for the guns. Thanks Russ, Connie and Teresa! |

I have placed 3 orders with them lately. Very good communication and fast shipping on all 3. Not as fast as Askari but they are only in Colorado which is much closer to Oklahoma than Pennsylvania. Got an order from Perry in 11 days from the UK. All 3 are great companies to work with. |

I would agree, Connie and Teresa at Old Glory are absolutely the best in the businesses! They are always quick to respond to any requests or problems, as well as being polite and friendly. They are a big reason why I keep coming back to Old Glory (25s) to buy miniatures. |

So, is Old Glory 25s the same as OldGloryMiniatures.com? All the different Old Glory sites confuse the heck out of me. I paid for an Old Glory Army membership through OldGloryMiniatures.com and still haven't received any membership details, just the receipt e-mail. No reply via e-mail or Facebook instant messenger yet either. |

CriticalGeek, the answer is no, these are two separate companies, but they sell the same product. Here's the situation as I understand it … OldGloryMiniatures.com = a company that operates as an on-line shopping place (website) for all of the Old Glory Corporation products. They are in Atlanta. The beauty of this website is that a huge number of products photographed. OldGlory25s.com = this is the internet home to Old Glory Corporation and the actual company that manufactures all Old Glory Corp products. Their operations are located in Mt. Pleasant, Pennyslvania. They also sell all of these products through their own on-line website. There are far fewer photos of the company's products at this site. Both honor the Old Glory Army card discount. My recommendation? Go directly through the factory site at OldGlory25s.com. Why? I've found the customer service to be a lot more responsive. They will take special requests as well. Don |
