"A cheap, rugged general-purpose ship often seen in the outer colonies. Some are armed, some carry fighters, others just move supplies and colonists about"

It looks very nice but I've never got a 3D print to take paint properly. I've read all about different techniques, tried many of them, but still it just doesn't seem to be right when I'm finished. The latest article on this that I've seen is on Mechworld's website mechworld.de/#anchor_top which says the best way is to cook them at 80C in an oven to burn off most of the oily residue. Anybody try this one? |

I just spray them with gray Krylon primer and paint away. No problems to date. |

Glad you like it my friend. Amicalement Armand |

@LostPict: Do you prep your models in any way before spraying with the primer? I've tried almost everything but with no joy. :( So any advice or tips you can offer will be hugely appreciated. Thanks. |

I soak them in soapy water for 24 hours and then brush them with a toothbrush before priming. |

OK PVT641, I'll try that! I have soaked them for twenty fur hours before but never tried the toothbrush. Maybe that's the secret? Anyway thanks for the advice. :O) |
