Why are Zenit minis so expensive? For slightly less, you can get 3 Steel Fist or 6 Perry minis.

Never could figure this out.

I backed their first (?) kickstarter, and I'd say that Zenit make some very nice miniatures. They are very detailed, and they do deserve to be considered "boutique" (a.k.a high quality and expensive).

However, I also think that the Steel Fist and Perry miniatures I have are nice. I find that they all have a place in my collection, but the cost means that I'm mostly thinking of Zenit as character or small skirmish game models, rather than something I'd build a whole army out of.
