I am planning to make a hybrid tactical tabletop/board game version based on Xcom.

Does anyone know of any place selling brother vinni little alien (sectoid) minis or have any they'd like to sell?

I'd like a couple if you find them too >< They were such cool looking figures

Don't know.

How are they different from some of the other offerings from others?

To me, the pose, gear and body/face are really different from other greys out there (I hope I am wrong).

I agree with redroom. The other greys I've seen don't look like sectoids. They are generally either too 'cute' looking, too tall, or are clothed.

The sectoids are kind of menacing looking, are hunched over and move on all fours kind of like chimpanzees, and are unclothed.

Surprisingly, the sectoids are, I think, going to be the most difficult Xcom aliens to find suitable minis for.

I've ordered some GW bits I should be able to bash together to make good Muton and Floater stand-ins and I've found a source for some reasonable Chrysallid-like aliens.

Decent Sectoids, however are proving difficult to find.

It's no longer available from brother vinni's, but that's what I'm looking for.

Are these suitable? auction and these auction . Oh I see, these guys are upright and armed.

Thanks for the suggestions, Orc. They're not quite what I'm looking for, but I may wind up using those if I can't find something closer in appearance.
