Gain an introductory understanding of evolution, including how we evolved from primates and became human. Impressively, humans are the only creatures produced by evolution that are capable of understanding evolution. In Becoming Human: Anthropology, you can explore how evolution works and how variation arises. Find out why, of all the orders of life, primates produced us. How did apes start to look like us, walk on two feet and grow big brains that over the past 200,000 years have figured out where we came from? This subject will give you some thought-provoking answers. link |

Is there a remedial, make-up session for wargamers? |

No, we've devolved too much for mere makeup work. We have to take the precursor classes: Becoming a Living Thing 101 and 102 (which includes the whole internship on emerging from primordial goo and having basic movement functions proven) and Becoming Sentient 201 and 202. At that point I believe that a reasonable guidance counselor will allow a wargamer to take a class on being human. However, former military types, like me, can CLEP some of this stuff since we've cleared Knuckle-Dragging 101 and Ugly Ape 201 as part of our Basic Training and AIT military education. |

Is this a hypothetical course? I'm not sure we are quite there, yet. |
