First, I'd like to say I've always been happy with their service.

But…… I've been trying to get hold of them for a couple of weeks and am getting no response and no reply to my voicemails. I understand they've had some issues with their online message system,which is why I 'phoned.

Is there a problem, or is it just the usual case of a trader ignoring customers who want to spend some money because they're too caught up in the whole Salute thing?

I have to say that I once had an issue with a Litko product, bought from him at a show. His attitude was pretty much the definition of 'Couldn't care less'. Litko, on the other hand were absolute professionalism and seemed glad that I'd let them know that I'd found a fault with a product so that they could corrct it, and replace.

I managed to speak to him today and he took the order and promised his usual speedy service.
