Somehow I got a bunch of these but Chariot doesn't offer a command unit. Has anybody found a good substitute? |

Maybe a Polish or Dutch lancer command group and fudge it? |

Its a tricky match given that Chariot are quite slight figures. You could see what Jacobite have they are back in production otherwise maybe head swops using the command sets Chariot does do. |

15mm.co.uk have the Austrian lancer command figures in the Brick Dust Napoleonics range. |

Thanks all. A lot of my collection is minifig, OG and BH, as well as some last century true 15mm's. Looking at what Chariot/ magistermilitum do offer, I've noticed that the Russian Uhlan command is quite similar and that the French dragoon command is somewhat similar to the corresponding Austrian troopers. It might be the reason why these command figures are not listed as the Austrian. Anyway, I'm giving that a go and will report back in a month with the results. A little filing & clipping and painting can do wonders and I'm into the big battalion genre. |
