The Carpathia Kickstarter is now live… "Carpathia is a table-top skirmish game for two or more players set in a dark and unforgiving fantasy world. The land itself, also called Carpathia, is covered by dark forests, mountains, and is home to an ancient evil. Long ago, the region was the center of a civilization remembered today only as The Ancients. Masters of the magical arts, the energies that they controlled still linger within the ruins and relics they left behind.
In Carpathia players take control of a group of adventurers on a common quest. Each game is played on a table top decorated with terrain to represent whatever part of the world your adventure is taking place in."

After 7+ weeks waiting, two or three emails asking for news of my internet order I reluctantly write here about this Battlemodels / capitan. Anyone had similar disapointment?
I regret the days of Fantassin Miniaturas and Juan Bautista. In 10 days I go for 2 months and this parcel was to be mixed for a now long suffering mix to get painted by OGP.
Yes once had a surprising answer: when asked if could add more as was not gone, already having paid a fair 1mount of carriage " cost", I was told need to make another order.
A first in 30 years of ordering minis.
Never heard that in 35 years of odering minis. |

My items from Capitan arrived about 5 weeks after placing the order. I do not mind the delivery time. I do mind the lack of any email notification of any kind during the entire 5-week period. |

Now 6 weks. No news and I am gone for 2 months in 2 weeks. And the painter is waiting for the stuff, you know units etc. with everything inside.
And yes I do mind knowing what to expect. |

If it is any help to you, I think Campaign Game Miniatures (CGM) look as good or better than the Battlemodels figures I received from Capitan. Lots of flash on the Battlemodels figures. They are very compatible in size and style. Additionally, I received email confirmation from CGM when my order was placed, another email from them when my order was shipped, and I got my order in 7 days. That's from Spain to the United States. |

In the past half a dozen years I used to order my Fantassin miniaturas together wih the great Irish- Catalan's figures. Now he understandably does not sell the ex fantassin.
I was after skirmishers variants and the big nicec 20mm ww2. |

I am sorry. You did post under Fantasy. I mistakenly assumed Napoleonics. Hope you receive your order soon or find other figures that are suitable. |
