I thinking about creating some armies for Spanish and Moors. What figures would represent these well in 15mm or 10mm?

Thanks

For the invasion of Spain by the Moors, or the ejection of the Moors from Spain? Or the ongoing skirmishes in between?

Donnington and Lurkio both 15mm spring to mind.

For ideas of what they should look like see Spanish and North African Illustrations of Costume and Soldiers, for your chosen century.
