I was able to get some of the figures when they were available at Historicon last year. And what exactly is a Kiki Indian of the Northwest? I failed to see it mentioned anywhere on the kickstarter page.

Just Googled "kiki indians" and got a page full of porn site listings! grin

Yes that is what I got win I googled them. So again I wonder where he got that title from.

Any chance you mean northEAST rather than northwest?

Here's a brilliant thought: grin

Kiki = Kickstarter

After all they are about to launch a Kickstarter campaign.

And they are Northeast "American" Indians for right before Europeans arrived (except maybe the Vikings).

Yes it didn't state Northwest on the Kickstarter site either so he might want to say Northeast.

The area around Ohio was know as "The Northwest" when it was the frontier with the Indians, later the "The Old Northwest". Of course this only makes sense in the context of European expansion in North America and these figures are pre-contact (unless you count the Vikings).

I would like to see more of the wooden body armor since that with a close order wedge was the Iroquois favorite tactic before the French first used guns against them. Great read about the first French attack using them.
The 'Neutral' tribes were Iroquois in the far west of the Ohio Valley. A few can work as the southern Iroquois off shoot of the Cherokee but not many.

Pacific Northwest is designated as such and these are not from those tribes.

Glad you like them my friend!. (smile)
