Hi
Anyone planning to do or already do a Fury Road style Max. There was a nice one by Mark Copplestone but they're no longer available.

Hasslefree make an Oscar figure in 28mm.

I wondered about Hasslefree, they were obviously candidates for this sort of thing. Nice looking mini

Stan Johansen makes one also, though he is a little more stylized:

It's Mel, not Tom. but quite nice.

So other interesting figures there…I'm a bit partial to the Machete figure at the bottom.

This one is Mel. Looks cool though.

Good suggestions everyone. I've had a think and the hasselefree oscar with a headswap for a figure I have from the infinity range would look about right.

Trust me to hack about two of the most expensive figures money can buy, hopefully if I'm careful there'll be no wastage.

from NorthStar figures

Wargames Emporium at salute will be offering this guy from coppelstone castings:

Firstly our figure ranges, North Star, Artizan Design, Crusader Miniatures, Copplestone Castings, Great War Miniatures and Pulp Figures are all carried by our regular show stockist Wargames Emporium. They are located at stand TM17. They will have two special items. One is a unique Jack the Ripper 28mm figure. This figure has never been on sale before, there will be a limited number on their stand on the day only. The other is the Copplestone Castings Road Warrior figure, that Wargames Emporium will be giving away free with every order of Copplestone Castings figures over £25.00 GBP

Sadly I don't live anywhere near SE London where Salute is held. Thanks for the heads up though.

This whole limited run thing is a bit of an annoyance to be honest. I missed out on the offer only about three weeks after it was announced. I don't mind anyone using it as a sales incentive but supply does seem to have been artificially limited in this case.
