"The Imperial Spican Navy, eternally shining jewel of all blah blah blah's destroyer is a special honor for its crew – not only do they prove they can do without the luxury of quarters, they get to share the remaining space with more weaponry than the ship can actually fire. In practical terms, the ship operates with a skeleton crew, and has redundant weaponry simply because there's no room for damage control parties. On the upside, it's fast, given that shares its engines rig with the larger light cruiser."
