Experts have tentatively identified a shipwreck discovered off Oak Island, N.C. in February as the Civil War blockade runner Agnes E. Fry.

Three blockade runners – the Agnes E.Fry, Spunkie and Georgianna McCaw – are known to have been lost in the area…
