With just a few days to go we are pleased to confirm that all the components to make the complete Castle are finished, and being packed ready for release at Salute. We have been posting sprue pictures as we have gone along and so we thought that we would take the components and show a few examples of the builds that can be made, but of course being standalone products the choice is entirely down to the individual. We have put 3 Castle deals on the webstore – Large, Standard and Small – all the footprint details, prices and box contents are also there. Of course if you only want a 3 Tier Tower, Gatehouse or Wall sections not a problem, we have done some multibuy deals as well for these. We will also be releasing 25mm diameter bases with paved effect detail (these are in grey only). We are already working on 'add-on' packs for the Castle and the first will be a 'breached wall' we will have the masters to show at Salute for these. The 3 tier Tower pack includes Gargoyles, Wall Torches and Corners which gives the option to make this into a fantasy Tower. It would be great to see you if attending Salute, please pop over and say hello we are on stand TE13.

If that were resin at that size I'd expect to pay £20.00 GBP or so for a tower and £10.00 GBP for a wall section, to be honest. 7 x Renedra Towers
1 x Gatehouse
8 x Wall Sections On that basis that's £240.00 GBP for the large one. An extra £50.00 GBP over resin for what is almost certainly a more flexible (as in far easier to customise), lighter and probably more robust product seems like a reasonable deal to me. Granted you'll have to stick the pesky thing together, mind you… John T |
