Hi,
Interested to 'hear' your thoughts on this as I may be organising my ACW wargames to this time period but do not have too much info.
I know the internet provides much but it can be a bit of a pain getting to it.
Cheers G

I second all of the above and would definitely include A. Wilson Greene's "The Final Battles at Petersburg, breaking the back of the rebellion".

Bradley's Bentonville is an excellent read and brings to life a battle that deserves to be better known.

Glory Enough for All: Sheridan's Second Raid and the Battle of Trevilian Station, by Eric Whittenburg. A most excellent read on Grant's feint to the West of Richmond right after Cold Harbor.
