SALUTE 2016 – EXCEL CENTRE, LONDON DOCKLANDS, SATURDAY APRIL 16th.
Sorry for being a little late with posting this info – I've STILL got the flu-like bug that has kept me down for nearly six weeks now, and over the last couple of weeks it's been a real struggle trying to get some stock made ready for the show. I'm MOSTLY back up to date with mailorders, though there are still a few delayed ones that I have to finish, and some of those placed in the last week or so will not go out until after the show next weekend.
The good news is that we WILL be at Salute (barring any further disasters of course), our stand is TB02, which is the same location as we were in last year – you come in the new main entrance (at the side of the hall), turn immediate LEFT and we have the end stand on the first "island".
I had a number of things planned for this year that simply haven't happened due to the events of the past few months, but there will still be some new releases – the long-promised MOONGRUNT range expansions that I held back due to all the problems here WILL be out at the show, along with the new Heavy Weapons releases for the Xar ("Chitters").
The big news is that we will have a LIMITED QUANTITY of new FULL THRUST GAME BOXES, a complete boxed starter game produced between GZG and the great guys at MECHWORLD in Germany, who will be at SALUTE running demos of FT using some really amazing illuminated gaming tables!
The new STARTER BOX contains TWO fleets of our FT starships (the NSL and the alien "Crusties"), plus a new starter rulebook, two fleet data sheets, two non-permanent markers, a tape measure and ten "custom" D6 all in a great new box design!
ONE random box of the stock on sale will have a special note inserted giving the lucky buyer of that particular box a special bonus!
We should also have some extras copies of the new starter rulebook from the box set available for separate sale, AND we will be running a special discount promotion on additional FT ships for anyone who buys one of the boxed sets on the day.
OK, I'm getting back to stock casting so that you all have something to buy from us on Saturday – hope to see lots of you there, old faces and new!
