Did some company take over these rules from Morningstar or has anyone experience of playing them?

I have some queries over how they are played, particularly re activarion.. Perhaps a problem with 2 page rules is that a lot makes sense to the author which cannot be clarified in the limited space?

Never heard of them.

Rather simple though to keep the rules to two pages, for reference, e.g. a single page, front and back, but then have additional explanatory notes, and/or examples to supplement them.

I think Empress miniatures bought them.

Thanks, now found a FAQ on the Empress site.
