This is the second battle in our BBB Campaign "Last Century of the Ottomans". This time it is the Battle of Aleksinac in 1876 between Serbs and Ottomans.

Another great posting from you guys. Fun to see the Ottomans cruise to another victory. I've had a soft spot for the Ottomans since a trip to the Dolmabahace Palace in Istanbul a few years ago. Some useful source materials on display, especially the RTW 1877/78 paintings. Go Ottomans, go!! |
