Check out Total Battle miniatures and Leven Miniatures for some great ACW buildings. |

If I ever acquire buildings for my ACW 10mm games, my first choice will be Total Battle Miniatures. I would use their 6mm ACW buildings from their Big Battalions – Americana range. The TBM site has nice photos of buildings for Gettysburg. link I have some TBM 10mm buildings that I use with 18mm Napoleonic figures, and the "one size down" buildings look good. I'm assuming 6mm buildings with 10mm figures will also look good. YMMV. My second choice would be Leven Miniatures. I have nothing from them, yet, but the photos on their website are very tempting! link EDIT: kmahony111 beat me to it!

GHQ has 10mm accessories to support their ACW line: link Don't think they have 10mm buildings, lots of 6mm but it's European or Pacific. |

How about making your own? There's also lots of free paper miniatures here suitable for 1700-1800 America. link |

Total Battle Miniatures, Timecast and Leven are all good, but TBM is my preference. |

Bill, you have a very nice range of buildings, but NOT a FULL line. If it was a full line, there would not be a need to ever add more to it as every conceiveable building that existed in the war zones of 1861-65 in the USA would be available. I do understand such a comment in a moment of excitement to bring attention to your ranges. Did it myself with GFI. Just keeping you real, man! (BTW, I have to get some of your figs to add to my AIM armies.) v/r Tom |

I give up. You have to watch every word you say on this site. |

No, just a sense of humor and knowing when a backhand compliment comes your way. Many in "the business" remain gamers and slip in a plug whenever someone is looking for something and you can provide it. There is something very satisfying when you can make someone happy because you helped them find what they were looking for. I think it comes with the mix of being a gamer and businessman at the same time. Hang in there, Bill. (I still need to add to my 10mm ACW forces.) v/r Tom |

I use a lot of OO/HO scale bushes and small fir trees from model railway suppliers. they make good trees for 6mm. |

Queen Catherine I would recommend you check out Timecast first. Their buildings are brilliant and not small like some of the other manufacturers, which is okay if you want to keep buildings in the background but look odd when fighting around them and miniatures are up close. But that does seem to suit some wargamers. Anyway, there is a few firms out there who offer a wonderful variety. A little bit of searching and you will soon find what you need. Personally, I bought some from different makers to see what would suit me best and what would go with my 6mm Adler miniatures. |

You'll need lots of trees. Most ACW battlefields were very wooded. |
