Interesting show highlighting the use of satellites to see what is "invisible" to the ground level observer. They had a similar show a few years ago showing the use of high-altitude ground-penetrating radar to "see" ancient, buried rivers and cities in Egypt. Usually in NOVA shows they manage to slip in a few warnings about "global warming". In this show the only mention of climate was a single quick reference to the climate being warmer when Iceland was colonized. |
