Hi,
I have a guy with a flag that bears the words Moderation,Wisdom,Constitution and a figure to the right of the central word all above are white painted onto a blue field.
Any ideas ?

Yes, it was the state flag of Georgia at the time |

Georgia had traditionally used something similar to the attached link
as its state seal and on flags from before the ACW. |

Georgia is "Wisdom, Justice,and Moderation" wrapped round the pillars of a building with "Constitution" written above these three. And yes there is a small figure on it too. So its kind of Georgia but not quite! |
