You know, during my daily walkabouts I see a lot of condom-related debris. And rarely the same debris twice. On Sundays, there is usually a lot more. What I want to know is, if there is that much condom usage going on out there, why do we have a sudden syphillis epidemic here in My Sweet Little Town? |

Yeah Zargon is right. Given where they do keep their crack you would want a condom. The equation tends to go like this Drugs, street prostitution, violence. Condom litter and an increase in STDs are symptoms. |
