Fold3 is a military historical records site connected with Ancestry.com. They are offering free use of the site from April1st-15th to look at ACW records. I took advantage of their free offer a couple of years ago and was astounded by the amount of information I was able to find on some of my ancestors (even more than was available for my father who served in Vietnam) If you have any interest in finding ancestors who served during the ACW now is the time. |
