The Society of Ancients battle day was yesterday, and the subject was Pharsalus. We got our own game in in Japan today, with six players, an umpire, and bespoke rules. It was lots of fun!
A few more shots here: link Many thanks to all who participated. Cheers, Aaron |

Looking great Aaron! Pompey's cavalry look very impressive en masse. I've posted our 6mm game up for comparison purposes. Best, Simon |

Fantastic and great to see satellite BattleDays around the world … Here's a preview snap of the UK event …
… and my own modest 10mm DoubleDBA game …
More to come on all these (I will have pictures of all the games on my blog shortly but there are – ahem – a few pictures to edit so I'm not quite there yet) … Fascinating theme (more fascinating than I thought … ) I ran my own game a couple of times and sat in on some others (Armati and To The Strongest in particular) – there was a lot going on … Phil Ancients on the Move |
