Anybody make them? Failing that does anyone know if any of the Little Big Man transfers work on BTD shields? I have a couple of hundred of the little bastiches and do not really want to paint them. |

Give LBMS a shot. Their email is on the website, and, I believe, a way leave a message there as well. He's a really pleasant fellow. I had some questions about shield transfers for minis not listed and he told me which ones would be the best fit. Worked out great. He's also very prompt with deliveries. He'll let you know when they are ready, and again when they are shipped. He's my main source for transfers. |

I bought a few hundred A&A celtic shields and the matching transfers and used these with my BTDs and all my other celts. The A&A shields are really nice- big and thin- and the transfers fit very well. |

Same as Bigredbat. I find the A&A shields thinner and more in scale so i replaced the shield on both my blacktree and renegade figures. A&A sell them in reasonably priced pack |

Veni Vidi Vici. Not as elaborate as LMBS but a lot cheaper, and (being waterslides) easier to put on. |

You could also try Battle Flag for waterslides link I have used them with other shields – they are designed for Relic Miniatures. |

Hi Waco, I have looked through my emails for the past few days and Can't find an email about this. Celtic shield shapes a very different form manufacturer to manufacturer so you are never really going to get a satisfactory fit. The best solution as mentioned above is to swap out the Black tree shields for a manufacturer I do make transfers for, such as A&A, Gripping Beast or Old Glory, then use those transfers. Using a mixture of all the manufacturers shields and transfers would add a lot more variety to your miniatures. Regards, Steve. LBMS |

Thanks Steve. I submitted my question through your "Contact Us" link. I guess it did not go through. |
