Last Autumn, after going to Penn's Colony, I was inspired to pick up Conquest Miniatures (Warlord Games) "Woodland Indian War Party," which are absolutely great miniatures.

Wow! Scary. I played in the Muskets and Tomahawks game at CincyCon and have been toying with the idea ever since. Those really tempt me. They are gorgeous. |

Steve, yes, it is teddy bear fur from JoAnn fabrics. it was naturally brown. I used an airbrush to add in various shaded of green, ochre and brown, and a comb to blend it. Tom, I would be up for a game. I have been playing Muskets & Tomahawks at Legions for the last few weeks. I think we have actually met via Dave and Chris F. Everyone, thank you for the kind words. LOL! Woodland Indians in the grasslands… That is some nice looking grass, sir. The Indians are superb. Each one looks like a unique character. They should really bring a scenario to life. - Ix |

The east wasn't like the Great Plains, but there were plenty of meadows and fields. |
