Recently played a game of Fireball Forward at Cold Wars and enjoyed the game and the rules. My standard infantry figures are based two figures to a stand, originally for Rapid Fire, and I was wondering whether it necessary to rebase them. The rules show a squad as 3 or more figures on a base.

The distinction is between teams and squads. I use small bases with two figures to represent teams and larger bases with 3-4 figs to represent squads. If you have some other way to do that visually – for example by stand size/shape or weaponry – it will work fine. Or you could just label the stands. Or stick two of your stands of two on a temporary base and call that a squad?

As DColtman said. Almost any basing will work.

I based exactly as the system suggested which meant starting from scratch, but it's one of my favorite games of all time so that made sense for me. 8)=

I use Litko manetic bases stuck to the same size WGA metal bases. I base individual figures on small washers that will magnetize to these sabot bases. I would like to use my (20mm) figures for FireballForward, Battlegroup, Battlefront WWII, Rapid Fire, Arc of Fire, Nuts! so need individual and grouped bases.
