Excellent paint job, and I'm very impressed with the homemade sword & shield. He is a very evocative figure thumbs up

Beautiful figure, beautifully painted. The colors you chose were great. And that shield! Love it.

Truly amazing work here. Also shows how great the Perry figures are. The shield hide is great paint work. The whole shield is stunning. Just trying to figure out how it was all sculpted. Special tool for rivets?
You should be sculpter for shields.

Thank you sir.
Since the shield has made the most impression here are photos of the new one i ve finished for my second mycenaean.

The shield is made from styrene and putty ( the grey details).
The wood grain on the back was made by engraving styrene with a sharp needle.
For the rivets i just gently pressed a 0,8mm bronze tube on the fresh putty.
