Nice AAR and good looking game. Game took only 35 mins, that is short!
I agree, seems like the random generator needs some tweaking. Maybe roll the generator and place half of it on table, then generate the rest as per the rules? |

Thanks for the encouragement. I think what I may do is replay the scenario a couple of times and test various different activation methods to work out which one gives the right balance. |
