Historicon runs from 14 – 17 July this year, in Fredericksburg, VA.
Online events registration for Historicon 2016 is (and has been for almost 3 weeks) live!
Go to historicon.org, log in (or if you haven't an account, create one – it's fast), and sign up to run your events!
GMs get into Historicon for free, provided they meet these three criteria:
1) They are an HMGS (or HMGS-affiliated club) member both at the time of event submission and as of 17 July (last day of Historicon)
2) The games you register must include at least 16 gamer hours long (e.g. a 4 hour game with 4 players is 16 gamer hours and a 3 hour game with 4 players is 12 gamer hours).
3) Your qualifying games must be submitted in adequate time to appear in the PEL. This year the PEL cutoff date is 15 April.
