So I'm building 1941 Germans for Barbarossa, and I'm not terribly impressed with my choices for PzIIf. The Battlefront one strikes me as poorly proportioned, to the extent that it looks like a caricature of a PZII. I have some of the Quality Castings offerings, which aren't bad, but being QC they're small (1/108 vs 1/100). What do others suggest? Forged in Battle? Plastic Soldier Company? Other? Thanks! |

I have had art and quality casting in stock at my store and never had a problem selling them. So I would get those if you like metal. I would try the zvesda plastic if that if what you want. Most of my current stock is that. I have never stocked battlefront. |

I have Battlefront but I think the Zvezda one is better. I fill the body of Zvezda tanks up with plasticine to give them a bit more heft. Phil |

I've gone with the Zvezda, but there's a good run-down of other options here; written before the Zvezda and Forged In Battle ones were around, but takes a good look at others: link |

Mine are all skytrex, and am happy with them |

Another vote for Zvezda. Simple, look good and cheap. Fatman |

The only problem with the Zvezda kit is that it is a ausf.C and not an ausf.F. Mark |

I have both Zvezda and Battlefront. They are so out of scale with each other they look like different tanks. |

Are they out of scale but in proportion, or is one or the other significantly out of proportion? 1/100 is slightly over scale for 15mm, so they should be no bigger than 48mm long, 22mm wide and 20mm high |

The Zvezda Pz II is too small for 1/100, about 43mm long. |
