I recently came across a site that offered a nice selection of Modern buildings in 6mm. I believe they had larger scales as well, but not sure. In any event, I can't recall the name of the manufacturer, nor remember how I bumped into the site. So, who makes modern, 1945 to present, buildings for use with 6mm miniatures? Many thanks, irishserb |

Look at Z gauge ones in the model railroad shops. Companies like Faller, Kibri, Vollmer offer several. Remember, to this day, those half timbered ones still exist in great numbers all over Europe. That style has the benefit of working in many other periods if you game in 6mm. They are 1/220th scale but their real life counterparts are really HUGE in real life. All those I mentioned have a web presence you can browse on-line. Find the lit you like and then google the kit number. You may be surprised how competative their prices are with dealers who do mail order. v/r Tom |
