I remember reading that an older version of Open Combat was missing things like rules for cavalry and was generally incomplete. There's a new version out now I think, from Kickstarter. Can anyone tell me is this is more complete. I fancy trying a small skirmish like this but it's an expensive book if I buy it and find its got too many holes. |

I just picked up the rules at Historicon a little pricey but hardbound books are. Any feedback on this rule set just getting started for a read so just looking for thoughts. |
