What scale are these? Some look pretty neat, but I need 28mm, and I don't see a scale listed.

They are from Hasslefree out of the UK and they are 28mm. I use them for my Vigilantes and Villains games.

I hope they make a NoPa version. The men will have goatees and the women yoga pants, and they'll all sport Ray-Bans.

NoPa, North of the Panhandle, is something of a hipster neighborhood in San Francisco.
