Great job! I like seeing the 30K stuff-- it's apparent that somebody at GW realizes that the older crowd would absolutely LOVE this stuff!

Need to work on your decaling technique. Try some setting solution and trimming the edges closer.

They have brought some of the old stuff like rad grenades and graviton weapons and their imperialis militia lists allows you to field squats again
Cropping is a good idea

30k really fascinates me. Its a sub genre I could really get into. I'd also like to see more stuff on the Mk 1 Space Marines battling on Earth before the Emperor took full control.

Good looking Minis. I'd offer up the idea of painting the clear edges of the decals black a few times to seal the decal to the model, then give the pauldrons a brushed on clear sealer. After that a "Magic Wash" black wash to give details and the various armor lines and vents some shading.
50/50 Future floor finish/water mix and add black paint to taste. Then apply liberally to the figures. Afterwards, a coat of Testors Dullcote, or brush on matte sealer if you want to take the shine off.
There are plenty of excellent guides online to help with applying decals, which is an art form in itself, if ya ask me….
