Some of those guys have appeared as Sword Worlds forces in my StarGrunt games.

Some of their figures come in an amazing variety of poses, especially for back in the day, when they were first produced, e.g. the 1980s, and/or possibly earlier.

I especially like the Phagon Battle Clone minis. They appear to me to be nice looking aliens in battle suits, with a nice variety of great looking weaponry.

I am filled with a desire to sculpt, cast, and weather a figure to make it look like it came from the 80's, just so I can stump people for once.

What rules is everyone using, given the original are only in German?

StarGrunt II for engagements at platoon and company level. I'm going to try out various systems for squad level engagements during the year, time permitting.
