We had a go at Montebello 1859 using Bloody Big Battles – frustrating for both sides but fun

Thanks for the AAR. We played it twice, got a tie each time.

Did the French capture that Habsburg coffee cup?

Shedman19 Mar 2016 3:17 p.m. PST

The French had the cup from the get-go. I had to make do with a glass of water

I assume in your games the Austrians also manage to take Montebello

vtsaogames20 Mar 2016 8:36 a.m. PST

Yes. In our second game the Austrians got into Montebello on the last turn with a bayonet charge.
