I've compiled a spreadsheet of all the 1/2400 modern naval miniatures in PDF format. Please let me know if you see any corrections or updates, and I'll correct and update it.

dragon6, thanks for the corrections!

Instead of updating and uploading a pdf each time I make a correction, I'm just going to share the spreadsheet:

The spreadsheet has been updated with some more items from Shapeways Amatuer Wargame Figures store.

See the link above.

Thank you for this list. It's pretty cool.

Helps me with building my navies. To conquer the WORLD!

sjolly H401 Apr 2016 7:01 a.m. PST

Updated again with even more goodness from Amateur Wargame Figures, including Italian and French FREMM Frigates, Daring-class Destroyer (1949), and a couple of different versions of the Lupo-class Frigate.

I think with all the great stuff now available from Shapeways, it's time to break out my miniatures and get back into collecting/gaming again.

The list has been updated again with lots of goodies from AWF! See the link above to go to the Google Spreadsheet.

Great job on the list, thanks for taking the time to compile it. Lot out there I did not know about.

pericles31114 Aug 2016 9:55 a.m. PST

Thanks for this sjolly.

BTW: Ma'anshan is a Type 054, not Type 054A [Jiangkai II]. At least according to wikipedia..

Thanks for this Steve – really really helpful.

It always amazes me that manufacturers don't make more Iranian stuff – the USN's biggest post-WW2 battles were against the Iranians and yet they can't be recreated at the moment.

Another omission – if I've missed it please correct me – I can't see the Canberra on the list and yet she was SO prominent in the San Carlos battles!

Still – there might be enough there to tempt me away from 1:3000!

sjolly H426 Aug 2016 8:28 p.m. PST

Pericles311 – thanks for the correction!

Cold Warrior & Bozkashi Jones – thanks for the kind words! As for SS Canberra, it really is a gap in the listing, and unfortunately no one makes it that I know of. If anyone, I would suspect that Seawulf would have come out with it, as they have the majority of the Falklands ships.

sjolly H426 Aug 2016 8:33 p.m. PST

Also, more updates added for Japan, China, Pakistan, and the UK from the Shapeways shop Amateur Wargame Figures!

Love the list!

I was looking at Viking Forge and noticed no listing for SB1 Essex Class Carrier with angled deck (1962).

Is that an oversight or planned?

Just recently bought a few of them which made me take notice.

pericles31114 Feb 2017 9:52 p.m. PST

Added SB1 CV Essex, SB20 CVA Roosevelt and another on

sjolly H405 Mar 2017 12:46 p.m. PST

Good catch! Thanks!

Updated with new releases from both Amateur Wargame Figures (Shapeway) and Seawulf Miniatures. This includes both 1/1250 aircraft for the Falklands, as well as the Julius Fucik barge carrier from Red Storm Rising fame!
