Yes, that's been happening for a few months as well.

Usually, I find it most often happens near the time when the system is set to do maintenance, overnight

Not that I'm knocking TMP technology but I'd suggest you check if there's a knot on the string connecting your tin can to Bill's.

This can interfere with reception.
