Who was it up here who was saying that under no circumstances could tanks run over trees?

Well, notice the film cuts away at the moment the tank gets hung up after running over a tree. That's rather the point: you run the risk of getting hung up, or twisting a track off, and the "cut" hides an hour or two of hard labour.

Great film – you get a very clear picture of the suspension coping with the irregular ground (and trees).
