Hopefully it's the real deal, I presume the auction house would confirm that before asking $13,000 USD to start the bidding.

I also hope it becomes available to the general public in some format, at 31 pages it's not exactly a book in itself.

I can see some pulp gaming ideas out of this…who silenced Houdini before he could deliver his latest set of notes to Lovecraft???
