32mm figure. link I think if we assume she is a petite lass, the sword may be correct scale. It looks like one of those 2-handed cavalry swords. Of course this may make the figure's true scale 35mm. And the costume is easy to explain. No doubt she was doing a photo session for a BDSM layout and the studio was overrun by zombies. In her escape, she was able to grab the sword which was a prop the photographer had but not her clothes.
